Beyond our monthly membership fee, our members incur no additional charges for our services. Services include but are not limited to physicals, well child checks, sports physicals, well woman exams, sick visits, ekgs, sutures, joint injections, lab ordering, imaging ordering, etc.
Service Area
Our team services via house calls East of Loop 101, South of Loop 202-N, West of Ironwood, and North of Bella Vista. Any of our members within this radius are eligible for housecall visits. Those who live beyond this radius are welcome to our clinic only membership (clinic located at Power/Main).
